  1. Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in harassment, bullying, trolling, or any form of hate speech towards other members will not be tolerated.

  2. Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or using a fake identity to deceive, scam, or manipulate members is a violation of trust and community rules. Impersonating team members or bots is cause for immediate membership termination.

  3. Discrimination: Any discriminatory actions or comments based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected categories are not tolerated.

  4. Inappropriate Content: Sharing explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content such as adult material, graphic images, or offensive language may result in immediate removal.

  5. Spamming: No self-promotion, spamming, or flooding the server with irrelevant content.

  6. Refusal to Comply: Refusing to follow the instructions of server moderators or administrators can escalate into removal if it disrupts the community.

  7. Report any suspicious activity in ⁠#⚠│report-scams

  8. Please keep your DMs closed and never share your private keys. Capital Club team members will never DM you.

  9. Selling / leaking unauthorized Member's Area videos is strictly prohibited.

  10. Adhere to the Capital Club Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.

  11. “3 Strikes You are Out” Policy: For infractions on the community guidelines and rules, moderators will issue a warning. After 3 warnings, Capital Club has the right to cancel your membership. For severe infractions, Capital Club has the right to terminate your membership without warning at any time.
